Fireworks Vandalism Under Investigation In Holmdel | Holmdel, NJ Patch

HOLMDEL, NJ — Police are seeking information from the public about vandalism involving fireworks that has been happening for the past two weeks, police say.

Officers have responded to several criminal mischief incidents using fireworks, the Holmdel Police Department reported on its Facebook site.

Lit fireworks were thrown onto front lawns or placed into mailboxes, causing damage, the post said.

The incidents were during overnight hours on June 29 on Candlelight Drive and Burgundy Drive and on July 4 on Centerville Road and on July 7 on Cottonwood Lane and White Rock Terrace, the post said.

Police believe that a silver SUV and black SUV could be involved.
